LED underwater light is produced by using LED technology. Compared with traditional underwater lamps, LED underwater lights are more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and the lighting varies and is more decorative, so they are widely used in various landscape lighting systems. However, as the manufacturer of LED lighting, there are some problems in the installation of LED underwater lamps.
1. LED underwater lights shall be powered by dc constant current power supply. Under the control of constant current power supply, the forward pressure drop of LED wall wash lamp, LED cast light lamp, LED underwater lamp and LED buried ground lamp will decrease as the temperature of LED chip increases. Such situation does not have much influence on LED underwater lamp. However, if it is driven by constant pressure, the chip causing LED underwater lights will increase the current as the temperature rises. In a serious case, it may even burn LED underwater lights. Therefore, the LED underwater lamp should be powered by dc constant current power supply.
2. Anti-static measures shall be taken. LED underwater light products in the process of processing production installation must adopt certain anti-static measures, such as: workbench to grounding, workers must wear anti-static clothing, anti-static ring, and anti-static gloves, conditional can be installed anti-static ion blower, and at the same time to ensure that the air humidity is around 65% when installation, lest produce static electricity in the air is too dry. In addition, the anti-static ability of LED with different quality levels is also different. The anti-static ability of LED underwater lamps with high quality levels is stronger.
3. Pay attention to the sealing of LED products. No matter what kind of LED lighting products, as long as they are applied outside, they are faced with the problem of moisture-proof and sealing, especially for LED underwater lamps. Poor sealing can directly affect the service life of LED underwater lamp. Technical specifications of underwater lights
