LED light source

- Dec 07, 2017-

For general lighting, in the process structure, white LED is usually used in two ways, the first is the use of "Blu-ray technology" and phosphors to form white light; Both of these methods have been successful in producing white light devices. The first method of producing white light is shown in Figure 1. The LED GAM chip glows Blu-ray (λp=465nm), which is encapsulated with the YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) phosphor, when the phosphor is stimulated by the blue light to emit a yellow glow, and the blue and yellow lights are blended to form white (the structure of the LED is shown in Fig. 2). The second method uses different colors of the chip package together, through a variety of light mixed to produce white light.
